Volt Edge is seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessors in the Electrical Training Field to take our training to the next level.

Looking for Full Time (Also, Part Time | Casual | Contract positions.)

Full Time Salary: $200,000

Part Time/Casual/Contract positions: Salary expectations to be advised.

Seeking applicants in the following locations:

  • Melbourne (Office at Thomastown) Full Time preferred

 

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality training and assessment to our valued students. Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Delivering innovative learning and assessment material that is supplied to you.
  • Support our students learning journey.
  • Utilising our online LMS system, assess submitted theory material and provide feedback to ensure students learn and gain required knowledge prior to attending practicals.
  • Deliver training sessions that provides hands on simulated work experience and provide constructive feedback and work with students to improve their life skills and employability.
  • Be involved in marking online courses and assisting online students in the completion of their course.
  • Set up training materials for courses in our unattended facilities.
  • The Senior Trainer duties involve coordination of venue, leases, modification to venue, management of cleaning contractor – as the senior Trainer in that location.

Volt Edge holds weekly training courses in the following areas:

  • Hazardous Areas
  • High Voltage
  • Instrumentation – Cert III IC and Cert IV Instro
  • Solar and Battery
  • QTP & QBP

We have multiple Trainer and Assessor positions available across our 3 locations including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. HV Switching, Hazardous Areas (EEHA), Instrumentation, Solar, Air Conditioning (we are focused in the Electrical Training space).

Applicants must hold: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
