Volt Edge is seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessors in the Electrical Training Field to take our training to the next level.

Full Time Salary: $200,000

The Role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality training and assessment to our valued students. Your role and responsibilities include:
- Delivering innovative learning and assessment material that is supplied to you.
- Support our students learning journey.
- Utilising our online LMS system, assess submitted theory material and provide feedback to ensure students learn and gain required knowledge prior to attending practicals.
- Deliver training sessions that provides hands on simulated work experience and provide constructive feedback and work with students to improve their life skills and employability.
- Be involved in marking online courses and assisting online students in the completion of their course.
- Set up training materials for courses in our unattended facilities.
- The Senior Trainer duties involve coordination of venue, leases, modification to venue, management of cleaning contractor – as the senior Trainer in that location.
Volt Edge holds weekly training courses in the following areas:
- Hazardous Areas
- High Voltage
- Instrumentation – Cert III IC and Cert IV Instro
- Solar and Battery
- QTP & QBP

Trainers and Assessors | Various Locations
We have multiple Trainer and Assessor positions available across our 3 locations including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. HV Switching, Hazardous Areas (EEHA), Instrumentation, Solar, Air Conditioning (we are focused in the Electrical Training space).
Applicants must hold: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
